Neuro SLEEP Helps You Get the Rest You Need

Can a beverage change your life? Each beverage in the neuro line of drinks includes added vitamins and minerals to offer specific health benefits.

Neuro SLEEP, their newest offering, is designed to promote restful sleep and normalize sleep patterns with a special blend of melatonin, magnesium, L-theanine, and 5-HTP. It is safe and non-habit forming, with only 35 calories per bottle and no artificial colors or flavors.

I tried neuro SLEEP for four nights before writing this review. I have trouble sleeping on a fairly regular basis, so I normally take a melatonin supplement before bed. I felt like I was able to fall asleep quicker with the neuro SLEEP than I would by simply taking my regular melatonin supplement. It only took about 30 minutes after drinking neuro SLEEP for me to start to feel really sleepy.

Unfortunately, my bladder control isn’t quite as good as it was before I gave birth to my son. I ended up waking up in the middle of the night every single night to go to the bathroom because I’m not used to drinking that much liquid before bed. I think the product would work better for me if it was only 8 ounces instead of 14.5 ounces.

I was able to fall back asleep a little easier than I normally do if I wake up in the middle of the night, but the added bathroom break was still an inconvenience.

As far as taste goes, I thought the drink was similar to Crystal Light. The tangerine dream flavor was my personal favorite, but all three flavors were tasty enough that I’d be willing to drink them again even if they offered no extra health benefits.

In addition to neuro SLEEP, the neuro product line also includes neuro BLISS (a drink to reduce stress and relax the mind), neuro SONIC (a drink for increased focus and mental performance), and neuro DAILY (a drink to support a healthy immune system).

I haven’t had a chance to sample any of these varieties yet, but I think neuro DAILY would be a great beverage choice during cold and flu season.
