Discover the Benefits of Disney Movie Rewards

If anyone in your home likes Disney movies, I highly recommend signing up for Disney Movie Rewards. This free customer loyalty program lets you collect codes that can be redeemed for a number of prizes. Codes can be found on Blu-Ray discs, DVDs, and CDs. You can also submit movie tickets to earn points.

The rewards you can receive include:

  • Stickers
  • Plush toys
  • Disney DVDs
  • Free Snapfish products
  • Movie posters and memorabilia

My family doesn’t buy a whole lot of Disney movies, but Disney Movie Rewards sends out quite a few newsletters with free codes that I’ve used. I’ve also gotten points by submitting movie tickets. (The movie ticket promos aren’t all for animated movies either. The last one I did was for tickets from Thor: The Dark World.)

Some rewards have an option to pay a small shipping and handling fee to get your rewards with fewer points. Since most rewards are offered for a limited time, I’d recommend doing this if your family doesn’t buy a lot of DVDs or go to lots of movies and you see something specific that you want.

The last reward I received from this program was a season 3 DVD set of The Muppet Show. I used points accumulated from various free codes and the DVD points from two movies my mother had purchased. I had to pay $3.25 for shipping and handling, but I felt like it was still a great bargain since this particular set sells from $20 to $25 at every place I’ve seen. It made an excellent budget-friendly Christmas gift for my son.

Shipping seems to be fairly quick with Disney Movie Rewards. I don’t think it has ever taken more than two weeks to receive my item. Several items have come within a week.
