Can You Really Spray Yourself Thin?

I’ve always loved food. This wasn’t such a problem when I was a teenager and had a great metabolism. But, the older I get, the more my love of cookies and candy seems to be catching up with me.

If you’re a big eater, Spray Thin’s new appetite suppressant spray might be able to help. Spray Thin comes in two varieties. There is a berry scented product to use on sweet foods and a Parmesan cheese scented product to use on savory foods.

To use the product, simply add one or two sprays to whatever you’re eating. The spray sends appetite suppression signals to your brain, which causes you to fill fuller faster.

Spray Thin does not seem to alter the taste of your food, although you I think you need to let it dry a bit before eating. The smell is noticeable, but something you get used to fairly quickly.

Spray Thin is not a stimulant and will not have adverse reactions with any prescription medications you may be taking. It is safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It can also be used by children and teens who are overweight, although you should discuss any weight loss plan with your child’s pediatrician first.

While I don’t think this product is going to be a magical cure for obesity, it does seem to help make it easier to stick to smaller portion sizes. If you’re already exercising and trying to eat healthier foods, this might make it easier to stay on track.

When I was trying out the product, I did feel like I wasn’t as obsessed with food as I normally am when I’m trying to lose weight.

For the best results, you’re supposed to use Spray Thin every time you eat. If you’re serious about your weight loss, I’d suggest buying extra sets so you have them available at the office or in your purse when you go out to eat. Getting into the habit of using the product regularly seems like the hardest part of the Spray Thin weight loss strategy.

Visit the Spray Thin website to learn more about the product or to purchase the sweet and savory sprays for yourself. You save money buying a set of both sprays together, but I’d recommend getting the sweet spray if you can only afford just one.

So is it just an intense sweet or salty flavoring that deters eating too much, or what is in the stimulant to make it effective? Did you lose weight and eat less when using it? Interesting product.
