Zippies ID Tags

A few months ago, our family took a trip to Disneyland. It was Thanksgiving week, and even with it being a Monday, Disney was more busy than I have ever seen it. And I’ve been a time or two. The place was packed from stem to stern – claustrophobic with people.

My two kids are 7 and 5, and they like to run ahead of us to get in line for the next ride or see what delights await around the corner. But I was so nervous to lose them in the crowds that we forced them to stay right next to us and hold our hands the entire day.

I wanted to put a little slip of paper in each of their pockets with our names and cell numbers, but I stupidly didn’t think to put either of them in pants with pockets that day. So I wrote the info on their hands, just in case.

It was a day where having these Zippies ID tags would have come in really handy.

Zippies are cute, brightly-colored detachable ID tags that have a cute character on the front, and a space to write your name and cell phone number on the back. They can attach to all sorts of things that might get lost – not just your kid. You can put Zippies on backpacks, water bottles, lunchboxes, and more.

They appear to be pretty durable, yet lightweight. And with a full line of characters to choose from, there’s sure to be one your child will like.

Individual Zippies are $4.98 each, or you can buy the full set of 10 for $39 and tag everything your kids own.

Now if they could just make a Zippie for my kids’ homework that always seems to get lost, I’d be all set!

Go check out Zippies at the manufacturer’s website.

Very cute and a much better idea than writing on your child’s hand! :) I’d definately get the bunch and attach them to everything.
