Something that is a very important part of my life is music. Music brings back memories, makes you feel, makes you want to dance (or even sometimes cry!). Luckily, my kids love music as much as I do. Which is probably why I can’t wait to buy a Woon iDollfor them.

What’s a Woon Doll? It’s a designer iDoll. What’s an iDoll? Well, let me explain! An iDoll is a doll that comes with built-in speakers and an MP3 port tucked inside of it. It allows parents to download their favorite music.

Why would you want an Woon iDoll? I think it would be a cool idea for long car trips, bedtime, or taking the kids on a walk. My idea is to allow my 3 year old to pick the songs from my iTunes account that he likes – some of his kid music and some of my music. The variety wold be refreshing I think, and would definitely beat the heck out of having to listen to Barney over and over again!

These iDolls are easy to fasten onto strollers, cribs, car seats, or the diaper bag.

One thing that seemed to be a common thread in the reviews I read was that it takes awhile to get the iPod in place without triggering different playlists. But once that gets figured out, reviewers raved!

I can hear you all the way over here! You want to know how much it costs, right? About $50. The website listed two places that carry it online; one of which doesn’t seem to carry them any longer.

I love the idea and the concept, and I still hope to try one out…just hope I’m not disappointed! What do you think? Would you purchase a WOON iDoll?

    Hi Natalie!

LOVE the post on the WOON iDolls!!!

Here’s the big hint in regard to not triggering different playlists: LOCK YOUR iPOD once you have chosen what you want to listen to!!

You can order online at http://www.chloeinstyle.com

Enjoy + LIVE LIFE WITH MUSIC.

I’m not going to buy it so soon. What do I need my songs coming out of a dolls tummy?

First, I think the dolls are cute!
Second, I like the idea of music in a soft toy.
Third, I think $50 is a bit high; price it at half that and I’d be sold!

These are so cute. I just bought one for my neice. It was a big hit with her and with my sister. At $50, the price in my opinon is dead on, since a stuffed Gund toy is at least $40.

Too Cute! Where can I buy one?

    Absolutely brilliant!

These dolls look adorable. My girls would love one! It seems a bit pricey to me. But I love the concept.
