Sleep sacks are such a good alternative to baby blankets, only it seems like more people give baby blankets over sleep sacks as baby gifts…I don’t know why! Sleep sacks are safer and easier than blankets and now, just as adorable. Violet’s Peapod sleep sacks are as cute as they are functional.

Designed with their unique shape (a peapod, hence the name) that gives baby’s feet tons of room, these sleep sacks are made of washable 100% organic cotton or 100% cotton shell and a 100% super wash wool filling. The organic knit version is made of 2 layers of exquisite, buttery-soft eco-friendly fabric. The designs are adorable, too, including some that are reversible.

For a household that has used our sleep sacks until they basically have fallen apart, I’m excited about Violet’s peapod sleep sacks. Now I can replace these old threadbare ones with cute, new peapods.

The only downside is the cost. The sleep sacks will run you $59.95, which is significantly higher than comparabale sleep wear that you can buy from Target.
