Researchers studying flatulence on airplanes say passengers should not hold in their gasses and instead feel free to break all the wind they want at 30,000 feet. The research was published recently in the New Zealand Medical Journal. Jen Markham explains the scientists’ reasoning.

    Like anyone can hold it 2 to 3 hours anyway.  I really don’t fly often but I have never experienced gas problems on an airplane.  Is this a big problem??
