The Little Looster: Potty Training Just Got Way More Convenient

Back in October,  told you about Mommy’s Helper Potty Seat, how fantastic of a product it is and that it is a must-have for potty training. Why it’s so cool is because it is a step and potty seat in one product. We still are using it regularly, and I still think it was a five-star purchase. But then I found Little Looster and now I’m kicking myself that I didn’t know about it before!

What is the Little Looster? It is an extension of the toilet, a booster for the ‘loo! The Looster Booster requires no installation or set up…it’s simply a booster for little people that helps them use the toilet without needing help. It never needs to be shuffled around the bathroom and adults can use the toilet while standing or sitting without needing to move it out of the way. It’s one of those why-didn’t-I-think-of-that products!

It’s $34.99, so it is a bit pricey for a stool. But I like that it’s the perfect size for the kids and doesn’t need to be moved at all. That, to me, is worth the cost! Because with Mommy’s Helper Potty Seat, we are constantly moving it around the bathroom, trying to hide it away when company comes over. The kids can’t put it on the toilet alone, so I have to help them do it.

The only issue I see with the Little Looster is that there’s no potty seat…the girls are still learning to use the potty and are scared of falling in, so we would still need a potty seat as well.

What do you think? Do you think the Little Looster is as great as I think it is?

Practically speaking, I think any rubberized footed step stool will do the job effectively. I had a two-step one for my kids to reach the sink, and a one-step for the toilet (plus a simple, removable seat insert). Simple, cheap, effective.

I like the look so much better than the stools we have . My little girl is potty training and she won’t have anything to do with the potty seat! She holds herself on the regular toilet just fine! (My boys never did!)

I love this! I don’t think I would spend this much but it would be so nice to have! I am so procrastinating the whole potty training thing with my almost 3 yr old. BLAH! :)
