I don’t have an iPad, but I do sometimes zoom in on an ingredients list on my iPhone while in the kitchen. Other times, I’ll take my special notebook full of recipes I’ve collected into the kitchen and cringe every time something spills onto them, even if it’s relatively easy to clean up. I can only imagine the convenience and fear that must go along with using an iPad to pull up recipes and then cook from them.
The Chef Sleeve can take the stress out of cooking with an iPad nearby. It’s a plastic sleeve with a re-sealable strip that you can just slip off of the iPad and throw away when you’re done (it’s recyclable).
It’s tempting to try to use one for my phone. I wish I could slip one over my laptop screen, because that’s something else I’ll haul into the kitchen quite often in order to reference an ingredients list or the step-by-step directions.
I’m still waiting on money to fall from the sky so I can splurge on an iPad, but if/when I do get one, I think I’ll stock up on Chef Sleeves, because surely if money’s falling out of the sky for that, I can go to the beach and read on said iPad, right?
The Chef Sleeve is also good for the beach, hospitals, and for when you’re using your iPad to entertain your kids (you know they love it most right after they’ve eaten a chocolate chip cookie and are completely prepared to smudge the screen).
