If you have crafty children, you’ll want to make a quick trip to Target to pick up this solid tape set from Kid Made Modern. This collection of nine rolls of solid tape is wonderful for all sorts of paper crafting projects for creative kids.

The tape is similar to masking tape, but the bright colors make it perfect for scrapbooking, card making, collages, designing unique wall art, and jazzing up plain notebooks or folders to make colorful personalized back to school supplies.

In addition to the brightly colored rolls of tape, there is also a set of printed tapes that would be a great craft supply purchase as well. The patterns are bold geometric designs like checks, stripes, and polka dots. If you’re on Pinterest, do a search for “washi tape” to see some of the many possibilities for using patterned tape in creative ways.

Although the colorful tape is what first caught my eye, the Kid Made Modern collection has several different craft supplies that would be great for encouraging creativity in your children.

There are watercolor paints, colored pencils, giant multicolored crayons, and various project kits such as a pretty paper flowers kit and a design your own comic book kit. Prices vary, but everything at my Target was $20 or less.

I’m seriously considering ordering one of everything that is available online because these would be fabulous as emergency birthday party gifts for my son’s friends.

Have you seen any of the Kid Made Modern items at your local Target? If so, what did you think?
