Does it drive you crazy when your fragrance seems to wear off almost as soon as you apply it? Experts say the best way to ensure that a fragrance makes it through the day is to layer the scent by using several different products that coordinate. This can sometimes be expensive, however, which is why I was pleased to see Suave’s new Everlasting Sunshine line come out in stores.
I am a big fan of Suave products and use them on a regular basis. What I like about the Everlasting Sunshine line is that you can purchase shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and deodorant to coordinate. I’d like it better if they made some sort of fragrance mist to round out the collection, but what they’ve done is certainly a bargain on its own.
Since Suave often gets its fragrance inspiration from Bath & Body Works, I expected this scent to be a duplicate of the Forever Sunshine line at Bath & Body Works. But, Suave actually compares it to the Pearberry fragrance and says the scent is a blend of passion flower and vanilla.
In truth though, I think it’s somewhere between the two. You can definitely smell the vanilla in it, but I think it has a hint of sweet caramel and floral elements as well. Overall, it’s a light and “happy†sort of fragrance that’s great for women who want a subtle scent that won’t be the first thing people notice when they walk in the room.
