When I first started getting serious about couponing, one of my initial stockpile purchases was Nivea Touch of Happiness body wash. My initial motivation was the rock bottom price, since I paid about $1 per bottle after combining store coupons, manufacturer coupons, and a sale. However, I’ve since become a genuine fan of Nivea products.
Aside from the fact there are often great coupons for Nivea items, the fragrance and quality seems to be comparable to more expensive brands such as those from Bath & Body Works. It’s an easy way for my family to save money without sacrificing an enjoyable morning shower!
I’ve tried most of the Nivea products, but what I like about Nivea Touch of Happiness body wash is the fact that the scent appeals to everyone in my house. It’s light and fruity, but not overly feminine. My husband doesn’t mind using it and it foams up nicely to make bubbles in the tub for my seven year old son. Instead of using three separate products that take up extra space in our tiny bathroom, we can all share the same one.
Nivea Touch of Happiness body wash is moisturizing, but it doesn’t cause breakouts on my oily skin. If you need additional moisturizer, Nivea’s Touch of Smoothness body lotion has the same orange blossom and bamboo fragrance. The orange blossom and bamboo essence fragrance also coordinates well with most citrus-based perfumes.
Have you tried any of the Nivea bath and body products? Which ones are your favorites?
