Squatchi Makes Shoe Shopping Easier

Do your kids hate shoe shopping? I gave up trying to get my son to try on shoes at the store a few years ago. Now, I stick exclusively to online ordering. Figuring out what size he needs is tricky though, which is why I like the idea of Squatchi.

Squatchi is a home shoe sizing solution that is very similar to the tools used to measure a child’s feet in a shoe store. Once you use the gadget to figure out what size of shoes your child needs, you can order a pair online and save yourself the hassle of dealing with a fussy child at the mall.

Squatchi is made of lightweight, recyclable, and unbreakable plastic. If you wish, you can note your child’s size with a permanent marker to create a keepsake showing how he or she has grown over the years. It comes in blue, green, and orange.

You can buy Squatchi at select specialty children’s stores or online at Amazon.com. The list price on Amazon is just under $25, which might seem a bit high to some of you. But, if you have more than one child in need of new shoes and a limited tolerance for shopping-related temper tantrums, it seems like a small price to pay for saving your sanity.

Squatchi is made in the USA. The idea for the product was conceived by two mothers from Atlanta, GA.

What do you think? Would the Squatchi make shoe shopping for your children a more pleasant task?
