Made with whole soy and dried fruit, SOYJOY bars can be part of a balanced diet for on-the-go kids and their parents. The smaller size of SOYJOY bars makes them a nice snack for kids or for adults who are trying to cut down their portions.
I also like that the SOYJOY bars hold their shape when you toss them in a lunch box or in your purse for an on-the-go snack. I’ve tried many items that turn into a crumbling mess when traveling and my son refuses to eat snacks unless they are in their original condition.
There are several different flavors of SOYJOY bars: apple walnut, banana, berry, blueberry, mango coconut, pineapple, and strawberry. I liked the strawberry the best. My son’s favorite was the blueberry. My husband liked the pineapple. If you’re just trying these for the first time, I’d buy individual bars so you don’t get stuck with flavors nobody likes. For example, none of us cared for the apple walnut bars.
Each SOYJOY bar has 130-140 calories. They are a good source of fiber and can help keep your hunger in check between meals.
My main criticism of SOYJOY bars, which seems in line with many of the other reviews of this product that I’ve seen online, is that most of the flavors were kind of dry. You get used to it after awhile, but I did find myself making sure I had a bottle of water handy whenever I had a SOYJOY bar.
SOYJOY bars are widely available, even for those of you who live in rural areas. Check out the store locator on their website to learn more.
