When my son was born, I got one of the best baby monitors out at the time…you could hear AND see your baby! But now, times are changing. With Levana’s Melody Digital Baby Monitor, you can hear, see, and talk to your baby from another room…up to 2,000 feet away!

So now instead of having to physically go in to soothe your baby back to sleep and fear waking him up even more, now you can use your voice to soothe your baby. But that’s not even the best feature of this monitor. It also includes:

Room Temperature Monitoring

Uh oh! The baby kicked off the blanket and you are wondering if the air conditioner is making it too cold in there. Now you don’t have to worry. With the on-screen temperature display you can monitor the temperature in your baby’s room and know that they are always safe and comfortable.

Built in Flashlight

How many times have you stumbled into something in your baby’s room, making noise when you are trying to be quiet? With the built-in LED flash light, you can navigate around your child’s room in the dark without interrupting sleep or waking the baby.

ECO Mode

You can adjust the monitor to ECO mode to conserve energy. Voice activated technology helps conserve battery life by putting the system into hibernation mode when sounds are not detected.

Soothing Night Light

The unit that is placed where the baby is has a soft night light that glows a calming tangerine. You can either turn it on manually, set it to automatic which will turn on whenever your child becomes restless and makes noise, or control it by remote control from another room.

And those are only some of the features of this monitor! You can buy this monitor on the Levana site now for only $114.99! That’s less than I paid for my monitor and this monitor has many more features.

What do you think? Does this sound like the perfect monitor to you?

Wow, it looks like the days are gone when Mom would put a baby to nap in a crib, turn off the light and shut the door. If the baby fussed or cried, Mom would wait it out patiently while ironing and watching a soap opera. If baby was still fussing after half an hour, maybe she’d pop back in to settle her.

This constant hovering and monitoring might make a tired mom who needs some sleep too paranoid to do anything but whisper to her baby through the monitor all day and night long. But that’s my two cents, I’m sure as baby monitors go, this one has all the bells and whistles a modern mom would want!

I cannot believe all of those features! What can’t it do? :) It sounds really neat.
