I haven’t personally ordered from them yet, but I recently came across a cool site that is helping to raise money for various charitable causes by selling unique shirts for both men and women.

Sevenly sells one shirt design each week. Each design goes up for sale on Monday at 10am PST. The shirts are limited edition, so you have to act fast if you see something you like. For every shirt that is purchased, Sevenly gives $7 to that week’s charity.

You can check out the results of some of their previous campaigns on their website. Some of the groups they’ve supported in the past include the National Autism Association, Compassion International, and Soles 4 Souls.

Aside from the “feel good” aspect of the purchase, there are several things I like about Sevenly.

First, I like that the shirts themselves are fairly reasonably priced. I also love that they have several color options, since I have a personal hatred of light colored shirts due to my tendency to spill stuff on myself throughout the day. Finally, I like that they have plus sizes available because it drives me nuts when companies can’t appreciate that people come in all shapes and sizes.

Sevenly doesn’t offer children’s shirts at this time, although that seems like it would be the next logical step for the company since many of the charities they support involve helping kids in some way.

I’d love to see them get kid’s clothes available in time for Christmas shopping!

Have you ordered anything from Sevenly yet? If so, what do you think of your purchase?
