I have a confession. I hate to sweat. I’d much rather read a book than go exercise. But, sweating is unavoidable when you live in the Midwest and must suffer through hot summers every year.
Plus, sometimes I’m forced to exercise just to make sure my favorite jeans will still fit. So, I settle for stocking up on the best deodorant I can possibly find. My new favorite is Secret Outlast with Olay.
At first, the idea of deodorant protection that lasts for 48-hours made me giggle. I’m not a preteen boy trying to get out of regular bathing, so that’s not much of a selling point for me. But, I do feel like this deodorant lasted longer than others I’ve tried. I feel confident in vouching for a solid 24-hours of protection, even if you’re working outside on a hot day.
The Olay skin conditioners were helpful for me because I often have underarm irritation from shaving. I have very sensitive skin. I’ve had allergic reactions to several different underarm deodorant brands in the past. This product left my underarms feeling perfectly smooth.
The only flaw I noticed in this product is that it’s not invisible like they claim. Since I hate anything that shows off my upper arm area, this isn’t really a problem for me personally. However, if you’re planning on wearing a tank top or a sheer blouse where deodorant marks on your shirt are going to be a problem, I’d recommend picking a different product.
