When I had my son, I didn’t think much about what kind of diaper bag I’d carry around. I wanted something that was durable and would last a long time, something that would hide stains and not show a whole lot of wear and tear, and something stylish because I knew it would also end up doubling as a purse. Which it did. When a friend mentioned Petunia Pickle Bottom bags, I fell in love with the name…and after checking them out I fell in love with the bags, too!

Founded in 2000 by three friends, they use the line “…pays homage to the chic mommy who makes a statement without saying a word.” Where did the cute name come from? It was the head designer’s nickname when she was a toddler. Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bags come in a variety of styles and colors. They are designed with bold lines, daring colors and darling designer details.

What’s so great about these diaper bags is that they don’t even look like diaper bags. These are bags that you can continue to carry even after your little ones get older and you don’t need to carry a diaper bag anymore. Just look at this cute Blissful Buttercup Satchel.

It’s lightweight and made from certified organic cotton. It comes with both shoulder and backpack straps, and converts to a backpack with clever pockets for storage when straps are not in use. It has a large front pocket with internal cell phone pocket, four internal bottle pockets, large organizational pockets, zipper pouch, key clip, removable and wipe-able changing pad, and a wipes case. These bags come with everything!

They are pricey – the cute one above is $120.00. But if you can continue to use it even after you don’t need a diaper bag anymore, isn’t it worth it?!
