What is Mouth Man? Mouth Man is a clothing company that was founded by Ross Valory, Original Member and Founder of the rock band Journey. But what I most like about Mouth Man is the story about how it came to be.
One day, Ross was visiting friends and his friend’s kids were tearing around the house doing something they referred to as the “JAWS” . . . running through the house with their arms crossed one over the other , elbows splayed out in front, and opening and closing in a chopping fashion, making monster noises.
Some 20 years later, when that very memory just arbitrarily “popped” into his head and he thought, “It would be cool if there was a shirt with a graphic on the sleeves that would form a face with a mouth that would open and close when you put your arms together!”
And so Mouth Man came to be.
Mouth Man hoodies are custom designed and printed in full color with sharp detailed graphics. They call it “animated apparel.” Each piece of clothing is printed with eco-friendly inks on recycled fabric. Not only do they sell hoodies for boys and girls, but for adults as well.
