Mommy’s Helper Potty Seat: A Potty Training Must Have
I am in the middle of potty training my 2 year old twins, and for those of you who have lived through potty training before, you know how NOT FUN my life is right now! We tried the little potty seats that you slap over the top of the toilet, the little potties that sit on the floor that the kids sit on and when they go to the bathroom a song plays, and we’ve tried naked potty training. But the best thing ever invented that I will forever rave about is the Step-Up Potty Seat from Mommy’s Helper.
This is a potty seat that sits on the regular toilet . . . but the coolest part about it? There’s an attached, sturdy step, and handles so that they can step up and sit down instead of climbing all over the toilet (blech!). There are floor pads on the legs of the step stool that are non-slip, so you don’t have to worry about it slipping out from underneath of them. The entire seat/ladder is very easy to wipe clean, too. It’s also easy to fold/unfold for storage.
The girls really like it because they can do it all by themselves, and feel very independent and proud.
Mommy’s Helper Potty Seat gets five stars from me and from my kids. Even more 4 year old likes to use it and it’s sturdy enough to support him. If you or friends or family are in the middle of potty training little ones, I definitely recommend this product! I picked mine up on amazon.com for $25 . . . and it is worth every penny!
