Mom Made Bites Make Meal Prep Easier

If you’re looking for a few quick convenience foods to make meal prep easier on hectic nights, the Mom Made Bites bite-size turkey meatballs from Mom Made Foods are a great choice. They are made with turkey raised without antibiotics. The meatballs are also low in sodium, lower in fat that traditional beef meatballs, and a good source of protein.

The meatballs are precooked, so you basically just need to heat them up. I fried them in a small amount of olive oil before tossing them in with our spaghetti.

The meatballs were smaller than the ones I normally buy, but one package was easily enough to feed all three of us. My son seemed to prefer the smaller size because they were easier to eat.

For adult tastes, the meatballs might be a little too bland. For a child, however, they just about perfect. When I used them in our spaghetti, I added some extra spices in the portion for my husband and I to compensate.

All in all, I think the turkey meatballs are a decent option for a quick yet healthy meal. If your kids don’t like spaghetti, they’d probably work well for making meatball subs.
