Melissa & Doug Floor Puzzles Will Keep Your Kids Busy

My kids love Melissa & Doug wooden puzzles…the problem is that the girls are getting to the point where the puzzles just aren’t challenging to them anymore. They know where the pieces go if for no other reason than they’ve memorized them! I recently went to the Melissa & Doug site, and found Melissa & Doug Floor Puzzles. Let’s just say I now know what they’ll be getting for their birthdays in a few months!

These large floor puzzles come in various sizes and skill levels for kids of all ages. Not only are they fun, but they also promote fine motor skills and hand-eye development. You can buy beginner puzzles with just 12 pieces or more advanced puzzles with up to 100 pieces. The extra-large floor puzzles come in several shapes and sizes to stimulate interest and attention. The pieces are large enough for small hands, and my 4 year old son spends a lot of time trying to complete these puzzles on his own. But they’re also fun for the whole family to work on, too!

I like that these puzzles are made of heavy-duty cardboard with an easy-clean surface so that puzzles look new even after lots of usage. The pieces are also large enough to prevent them from (easily) getting lost, or if they do get misplaced, the chances of finding them relatively easily are high.

Puzzles start for kids aged 3 or older, and are so affordable that you can buy a couple of them and still not spend $25! A great gift for your kids or to give as gifts.

What do you think of these floor puzzles? Would your children like them?

My girls would love these floor puzzles! So bright and fun. I think they would enjoy working together and putting them together. :)
