Like Informercials? Here’s A Meaningful Beauty Review

If you follow my writing here at SmartMomPicks.com, then you already know I’m a huge informercial junkie. I love watching informercials and trying out the products. My latest current informercial purchase? The Brazil Butt Lift which is still sitting on the counter where it has been since I got it in the mail 3 weeks ago (that tells you how much I want to get in shape I guess!).

One of my favorite informercials to watch is the Meaningful Beauty one hosted and endorsed by Cindy Crawford.

In the informercial, they show a picture of Cindy in her 20s and then again in her 40s. She looks almost exactly the same, and she claims it’s because of Meaningful Beauty. I’ve always wanted to try it, and recently got a chance to.

The Meaningful Beauty skin care regime includes:

1. Skin Softening Cleanser
2. Antioxidant Day Crème SPF 20 UVA/UVB
3. Crème de Serum
4. Lifting Eye Crème – Advanced Formula
5. Skin Brightening Décolleté and Neck Treatment SPF 15
6. Glycolic Treatment Pads
7. Glowing Serum

I used the products for a month, and honestly? No major changes in my skin’s overall appearance. I like the cleanser, which can be used wet or dry, and the glycolic treatment pads.

The moisturizer is actually really great and left my skin feeling great. However, I wear an SPF of much higher than 20, and I am not going to wear two separate moisturizers to do it.

All in all? I didn’t look any younger and didn’t have anybody compliment me on my skin’s new look. My advice? These are infomercial products you can skip.

Thanks for the honest review! Cindy is graced with good genes and probably great eating and exercise habits. I find most skin creams are kind of the same.
