KIND Bars Are Perfect Healthy On-the-Go Snacks
KIND bars, made from nuts and fruits, have become some of my favorite snacks for on-the-go (and at home), and they’re usually available at drugstores, Starbucks, and health food stores, so they’re easy to get your hands on no matter where you happen to be. Some of their flavors are creative, and they always use all natural ingredients.
Though I’ve never tried a flavor of KIND bar that I didn’t like, here are a few of my favorites:
- Blueberry Vanilla and Cashew
- Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt
- Peanut Butter and Strawberry
- Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio and Antioxidants
- Cashew and Ginger Spice
I still haven’t tried them all. There are several others that sound like they could make this list, too. I love that you can get your chocolate fix without too much guilt, too.

These are delicious and I’d recommend them to anyone without a nut allergy without hesitation (they all have nuts). There’s something for everyone, whether you love vanilla, chocolate, ginger, or certain berries.
