NoNetz bathing suits are a new line of children’s swimwear made in the USA. The company is run by sisters who noticed their sons were always bothered by chafing when swimming during the summer months. They created a line of swim trunks that use a soft, supportive anti-chafe, anti-bacterial, UPF 50+ liner instead of the mesh you find in most boy’s swimwear.

Even a casual look at the stitching and fabric makes it obvious that this is a higher quality suit than the ones you find at Target, Walmart, and other discount retailers. It looks like a suit you’d be able to pass down to younger siblings if you have more than one child.

I also like that the NoNetz bathing suits are simple designs that look more like regular shorts instead of having cartoon characters on them. It’s nice to be able to throw a shirt on my son after a day at the pool and have him look halfway presentable if we want to stop for ice cream or something on the way home.

My son doesn’t complain about the mesh in his current bathing suit, but he did say he thought this suit was more comfortable. The few times he’s worn it so far, he hasn’t been eager to change the moment he got home from the pool.

Currently, NoNetz only makes swimsuits for boys. They are looking to expand to include suits for men in the future, however. My husband often complains about the mesh in his suit being uncomfortable, so I’m hoping the men’s suits are available soon. The first thing hubby asked when he saw my son’s suit was if they made swimsuits for men, so I’m sure a line of trunks for adults would be a great hit for this new company!
