Keep Your Baby Safe in the Sun
Sun protection is a key part of keeping your baby healthy during the summer months. In addition to being uncomfortable, sunburns can increase your child’s risk of developing skin cancer as an adult.
Noodle & Boo’s Play-Day broad spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen is a high quality sunscreen that provides maximum protection for your baby.
Active ingredients include:
- Octinoxate 7.5%
- Octisalate 5.0%
- Octocrylene 7.0%
- Zinc oxide 6.9%
The Noodle & Boo Play-Day sunscreen has no artificial fragrances, but the product has a faint floral scent due to the use of calendula, chamomilla, and rosemary extract. If you like the smell of Noodle & Boo’s baby lotion or body wash, you will like the scent of this sunscreen.
The sunscreen rubs in easily and feels smooth on your skin. It seems a little more moisturizing than other sunscreens I’ve tried, so this would be a good choice if your baby has dry skin. The product is pediatrician tested and hypoallergenic.
Noodle & Boo sunscreen is safe for babies age six months and older. The product can be used on both the face and body. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply after 40 minutes in the water or after two hours of being outdoors.
Noodle & Boo Play-Day broad spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen can be purchased on the Noodle & Boo website for $18. The product comes in a 4.5 ounce tube.
