IKEA Multicolor Cushion Covers Add a Pop of Color to Any Room

I don’t even live in the same state as an IKEA, but if I did, I’d be scooping up a pile of these colorful Skarum multicolor cushion covers. The rainbow stripes make me happy just looking at them!

I think it would be fun to have a bunch of these cushions in my son’s room or in our living room so we can comfortable play on the floor or hang out and watch TV.

Another thing I really like about these cushion covers is that they’d be a great compromise if you are decorating a room shared by two children of opposite sexes. You’ve got blue and green for the boys and pink for the girls, with a few other colors thrown in for good measure. It’s something everyone can agree on.

The IKEA website lists the cushion cover as selling for $5 in stores. It is designed to fit a 20″ x 20″ cushion. They give two cushion options on their website, one selling for $6.99 and the other selling for $2.99. Either way, this is a really affordable way to add a pop of color to a room.

If you like to mix patterns in your home, IKEA also has a cute polka dot cushion cover that looks like it would compliment the rainbow stripe cushion.

Are you lucky enough to live near an IKEA? If so, I’d love to hear what your favorite affordable home decor finds are!

My kids would love this pillow. There is an Ikea about 45 minutes from my home. I will have to make a day trip one day!

Ikea is definitely worth the drive and if possible visit for breakfast or lunch. We always stock up in their food area, too… one of my favorites it the lingonberry jam. My youngest loves their elderflower syrup.
