As a mother, I know how hard it is to come up with quick, and healthy meals for our family night after night. Inevitably, most of all fall back on the same handful os recipes that we’ve been using for years, but that gets boring very quickly.
That’s why I was excited to find an ebook packed with easy meal plans for every day of the week. It’s called Quick & Easy Work Week Recipes and best of all it’s free! Just click on the link, enter your email, and you’ll get it free of charge. Nice! By signing up for the ebook you’ll also get access to coupons, savings, and other ebooks. It’s run by Quality Health and it’s an amazing resource for moms.
One of my favorite easy recipes is parmesan chicken cutlets. It’s great because everyone in the family loves them. How many dishes can you say are equally loved by both parents and kids? To prepare this dish, buy some think-sliced chicken cutlets, grated parmesan cheese, eggs, and bread crumbs. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl and set it aside. Then mix about a cup of parmesan with a cup of breadcrumbs, again in s shallow bowl.
To prepare, just dip each cutlet in the egg first, then dredge in the parmesan/bread crumb mixture. Throw the cutlets into a saucepan under medium heat. I like to add some butter to the saucepan for extra flavor, but you could use oil too. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. That’s it! It takes under 15 minutes from start to finish and you don’t have to go out and buy lots of complicated ingredients.
Having dishes like this one in your repertoire really spices up dinners. All of a sudden your kids look forward to sitting down for a family meal, rather than running away. You’ll have more fun cooking and your family will have more fun eating.
