My priorities when it comes to lingerie have changed dramatically since I became a mom. At one point, I thought nothing of spending $100 at Victoria’s Secret for a cute lacy bra and panty set. Now, “cheap” and “comfortable” are the two key selling points for me.
Of all the discount lingerie I’ve purchased, my absolute favorite item is the Hanes ComfortFlex Fit Bandini Bra. They are usually sold in a two pack for $10-$15.
The Hanes ComfortFlex Fit Bandini Bra is wireless and made from a soft microfiber material. I am somewhere between a C and a D cup, depending upon what my weight happens to be at any given time. Unless I’m doing jumping jacks or running on the treadmill, the Hanes ComfortFlex Fit Bandini Bra provides adequate support. It doesn’t offer much in the way of shaping, but it’s great for days when you’re just running errands or hanging out with your kids.
The sizing system for the product is strange, but not terribly too hard to decipher if you take the time to read the chart on the back of the package. Sizes range from a Small through a 2X instead of the standard bra cup sizes.
One thing I would mention if you’re thinking about giving this product a try is that the only way it stays in place and is comfortable for me is as a standard racerback style. Trying to wear it with one strap or tuck in the straps for a strapless look does not work at all for me. You might have better luck if you normally wear an A or B cup, however.
Have you tried this product? If so, tell us what you think?
