Years ago, I had really long hair that I colored, flat ironed, curled, and teased. I had it trimmed every 8 weeks, used a shampoo and conditioner that worked for my hair type, and I tried to take care of it and keep it healthy. Another thing I used to do was to get a deep conditioning treatment when I got it colored. It made my hair silky smooth, and I loved the glossy look it provided.

That all happened until I became a mom. Now I rarely get it trimmed in between getting it colored, and wait as long as possible to get it colored. I don’t style it as often, but still miss the pampering of those deep conditioning treatments and they way it made my hair look.

neutrogena triple moisture deep recovery hair mask

Then I discovered Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask. I know…a ridiculously long name, right? But this stuff WORKS!

The mask rehabilitates extra dry or over-processed hair with intense moisturization. And after just one use you will see an improvement in your hair. It will also help you maintain a sleek, shiny mane.

It is made up of three naturally derived extracts to work on each hair strand to defy dryness. Olive penetrates to the center, Meadowfoam Seed helps moisturize the middle and Sweet Almond wraps the surface.

It’s super concentrated, which means that you only need a really small amount for your weekly treatment.

It doesn’t feel waxy, doesn’t leave your hair looking oily, and it smells good! It’s also available in a shampoo, conditioner, leave-in cream, and shine serum to keep your hair looking its best daily.

And the best part? You get all this for under $10. Go out and buy it now!

I’ve had long hair for a number of years now and this is the first summer that my hair has given me grief. I usually get the ends cut every 3 – 4 month, don’t color my hair and hardly ever use curling or flat irons. For the past several months my hair has been almost impossible to comb when it’s wet, it feels soft and I have no problem combing it when it’s dry. Weird, huh? I tried several different detangling sprays and even bought expensive over night leave in stuff. For under ten bucks, I will definetly try the mask you recommended. Thanks for the tip.
