My son is old enough to put his shoes on the correct feet now, but these cute Mabel’s Labels would have been a lifesaver when he was in preschool. They are two halves of a design that fit together when your child has his or her shoes on the correct feet.
You can pick from five different options: butterfly, turtle, star, lightning bolt, and soccer ball. The labels are waterproof and UV resistant.
If your child’s school requires all of his or her items to be labeled and you hate having to write names on tiny items with a permanent marker, Mabel’s Labels has stylish labels for every situation imaginable. You can even get labels printed with allergy information or dishwasher safe labels for labeling your child’s water bottles.
There are several different designs to choose from for both boys and girls. Most products allow for names of up to 10 letters.
I like that the Mabel’s Labels are so bright and colorful. Most of my son’s school supplies are supposed to be plain items, so a product like this would give him a chance to show off his personality a bit. Anything I can do to make him more excited about going back to school is a good idea in my book.
As a simple safety precaution though, I think it’s smart to avoid labeling your child’s items in a spot where someone might use the information for inappropriate purposes. For example, my son has to have his backpack labeled for school, but I made sure to write his name on the part that would be facing his back so he wouldn’t been seen walking down the street with his name available for strangers to see.
Have you ever ordered anything from Mabel’s Labels? If so, what did you think of your purchase?
