If you’re looking for unique wall decor, Lot 26 has an excellent collection of unusual decals for every room in your home. There are cute designs for baby nurseries as well as shaped chalkboard decals for your child’s room, and whiteboard decals to use for calendars or shopping lists in your kitchen. They also carry a selection of adhesive wall mirrors that would be great for visually opening up a small room.
Most of the decals from Lot 26 seem to be in the $20 to $40 price range. Since many of them are quite large, they would be an excellent way to add impact to a room without spending a lot of money.
One thing I really like about using wall decals in my home is that you don’t have to worry about anything getting broken, damaged, or falling on top of curious child. Wall decals are like giant vinyl stickers for your wall, so they are totally safe for homes with children and/or pets.
They are also good if you’re a renter, since most decals pull right off the wall without damaging the surface. (It’s a good idea to test this in a small area first though, just to be on the safe side!)
My personal favorite item from Lot 26 is this “Family Rules” canvas wall hanging. It measures 24″ x 60″ and has adhesive strips on the top and bottom. My son is always talking about how they need to follow the rules his teacher has listed on a big poster in her classroom, so I’d love to have something like this to encourage good behavior at home.
