“Mom, I’m bored.” How many times a day do you hear that?! My kids have toys, books, movies, and a great big backyard to keep them busy and I still have to be their center of entertainment. But since I’ve been writing here, I’ve found some great advice on inexpensive ways to keep the kids busy, fun family date night ideas, and I’ve also run across some really cool toys. Toys I’d want to buy my kids if I didn’t have a moratorium on toys right now.
So I’ll share some of them with you…they aren’t too terribly expensive and they will get the kids moving. And when the kids move and play, they wear themselves out which makes for an early bedtime at our house!
Super Skipper

As it flies, it flings water…perfect to cool down with while working up a sweat. It’s soft, which makes for safe fun. If you don’t have a pool, just keep a bucket of water nearby to get it wet with.
