My four-year-old son wants to be a Power Ranger for Halloween. So off we go to Target to find the right color (blue) and size. No luck. So off to Wal-Mart. Again, no luck. They either have the size, but not the color, or the color but not the right size. The color is not something he is willing to negotiate on; he must be a BLUE Power Ranger.
