If you are looking to dress up your child’s dinner table in a modern, yet fun way, look no further than the Driade Miami place setting. The full set includes seven pices ranging from utensils to plates and bowls, right down to the tray it all sits upon.
This is one place setting that isn’t filled with cute characters, frilly flowers or otherwise kid centered designs that distract from the actual eating of dinner.
The vibrant colors that pop out from underneath the plain white plate, cup and bowl adds some excitement while keeping the overall look sleek. The white plate surface shows off the dinner nicely and makes everything more appetizing.
The Driade Miami place setting is designed by Japanese design superstar Naoto Fukasawa. After eight years working in the United States for the IDEO studio, Fukasawa then became director of their Tokyo branch. In 2003 he founded Naoto Fukasawa Design.
The Driade Miami children’s place setting (known as the Dinner Project) comes in orange or light blue and includes the following items:
1) Tray W. 31 D. 25 H. 2
