I’ve hard from several moms that the best way to keep kids from messing up your Christmas tree is to give them their own tree to decorate so they can get in the Christmas spirit without accidentally breaking any of your expensive ornaments.
When my son was little, we had a tiny tree in his room with plastic shatterproof ornaments that he could play with. As he got older, we hung construction paper ornaments that he made in preschool on the tree.
However, I think this peel and play tree from Mona MELisa Designs is a much better idea because you can just stick it to the wall instead of having it clutter up the floor. Plus, once Christmas is over, you won’t have to worry about how to store a bulky tree and decorations for the rest of the year.
The tree measures 40 inches by 24 inches. There are decal ornaments and garland that your child can use to decorate the tree. The decals are similar to wall decals, but designed to be removed and repositioned as many times as necessary. They are fabric, so they will not rip or tear. They work with both flat and textured wall surfaces.
Although Mona MELisa Designs specializes in making wall art for children, this Christmas tree would actually be cute if you lived in an apartment or someplace that was simply too small for a full sized tree.
All Mona MELisa Designs products, including the peel and play Christmas tree, are made in the USA.
What do you think of the Mona MELisa Designs peel and play Christmas tree. Is this something you’d consider adding to your home’s Christmas decor?
