Did you know that March is Youth Art Month? Celebrate by giving the special children in your life some new art supplies. For a  memorable treat, you can order a customized box of crayons from the Crayola website.

A customized box of crayons costs $10.99 and includes 64 crayons in the four colors of your choice, as well as a built-in sharpener on the box. Metallic FX crayon colors are available, as well as popular Crayola favorites like Razzle Dazzle Rose and Cotton Candy.

PayPal payments are accepted for those who would prefer to avoid giving out their credit card information. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, so you may want to use this opportunity to stock up on a full range of Crayola art supplies.

Although I personally love to see a fresh box of Crayola crayons with a full rainbow of colors, I can see how some children would be thrilled with such a present. Many younger kids have a favorite color that seems to get used more than the other crayons in their box.

For example, my son’s favorite colors are black and red. He’s forever running out of these two colors and then demanding a new box of crayons so he can go back to drawing his collection of monsters and space aliens. With a customized box, we’d have enough of his favorites to last a few months at least.

Unfortunately, if you’re a fan of the Crayola Twistables Crayons, you can’t create a customized box using this product just yet. However, Crayola comes out with new ideas on a regular basis, so we may see a customizable Twistables option in the future.

I would love this. That’s not a bad price at all!
