Boba Fett Blaster Is a Must for Young Star Wars Fans

My son, like many little boys, is a huge Star Wars fan. We have Star Wars books, movies, action figures, and video games. One of his favorite toys, however, is the Star Wars Boba Fett Blaster.

This toy weapon is designed to look just like the Boba Fett blaster from the Star Wars saga. The barrel lights up when you pull the trigger and it makes “damage” sound effects when you’ve “hit” your target. I think it is very well constructed, since we’ve had several groups of kids drop it down a flight of stairs with no problems.

We’ve never needed to change the batteries either, although sometimes I wonder if that qualifies as a selling point in this particular instance. The sounds don’t seem to bother my husband, but I think the noise level on this toy is much louder than it should be.

If you have more than one child or your kid frequently invites friends over for play dates, consider picking up two of the Star Wars Boba Fett Blasters. It seems to be one of those items kids like to fight over and taking turns pretending to shoot each other is seldom an agreeable solution when you’re dealing with a group of young boys.

There is a Star Wars Boba Fett Electronic Talking Helmet that you can purchase to complete your child’s Boba Fett costume, if you want to ensure that he’ll be the coolest kid at the school Halloween party.

Does your child have the Boba Fett Blaster? If so, please share your thoughts!

Okay, I’m going to admit it. We’ve got the Boba Fett helmet, and it wasn’t for the kids … :D My husband bought it for himself and we’ve both worn it. The kids aren’t allowed to play with it! LOL

I bought a used one without instruction manual. Can you tell me how to replace batteries?

Flip it over and there is a single screw in the grey barrel next to the part that says “Hasbro – Made in China.” You need 3 AAA batteries.
