When you don’t have time to cook from scratch, Blake’s All Natural Foods offers tasty, nutritious meals that can be quickly prepared to satisfy your hungry family.

Blake’s is a fourth generation family-owned company specializing in convenient comfort foods made with natural and organic ingredients. They offer products in both individual and family sized portions. Everything is made in small batches and flash frozen to lock in taste and nutrition.

The Blake’s chicken pot pie is superb. This is the closest to a homemade chicken pot pie I’ve seen in a frozen meal and I’ve tried several different brands over the years. The chicken pot pie has large chunks of natural white meat chicken, freshly cut organic veggies, and an organic pie crust. It is minimally processed and contains no artificial ingredients.

I was a little annoyed that microwave preparation wasn’t recommended for the individual serving size, but it was well worth the wait to pop it in the oven.

I also really liked the Blake’s macaroni and cheese with veggies. The sauce is creamy and indulgent. I was hoping this would be a hit with my son, but he thought the dish had too many veggies and not enough noodles.

Visit the Blake’s All Natural Foods website to find a store near you that carries the products. You can buy Blake’s meals from their online store too, but you need to order a large amount of product at one time to make shipping cost effective. There are several different meal package to choose from, including packages for gluten-free and/or vegetarian offerings.
