I’ll be honest: most of the time, my children do not wear expensive, stylish clothing. Why? Because they are just too hard on their clothing! When they spill/stain/get a hole in a shirt or pants that I paid $5? Well, that doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as if they did the same to a shirt or pants I paid $20 for! And they outgrow things so quickly that I just don’t see the point.
However, there are those occasions when I do like them to get “dressed up” and put on something other than clothes bought at Wal-Mart. So imagine how excited I was to come across Beary Basics clothing for little girls! I loved this little blurb on the About page: “Watching little girls model in our photo shoots and not wanting to take the clothes off is a good sign that the collection will do well.”
And I can see why – their clothing is absolutely adorable!
Just look at these cute dresses! They would be perfect for my twins’ second birthday picture!
Or these little tutus? The girls would feel like little princesses in them!
And while this is considered a “designer” line, the prices aren’t as outrageous as I thought they would be. I would be comfortable paying $40 for those little dresses or tutus…remember, I said for a special occasion, NOT for everyday wear! Because that would be ridiculous!
Beary Basics doesn’t just sell dresses and tutus, though. They also sell hooded towels, burp clothes, blankets, and bibs. Perfect for baby shower gifts!
What do you think? Do you like the Beary Basics style? Would your little girl?
