Baby Zoo Nightlight Just Might Become Your Child’s New Best Friend!

My two year old twins have recently decided that they will not sleep without a nightlight on. However, part of the problem with the plug in nightlights is that the girls get up and unplug it, and wake up later to a dark and scary room. None of us have been sleeping very well and I’m almost at my wit’s end trying to figure out how to get a nightlight that I don’t have to go in and turn off myself —risking waking them up.

And then I found Baby Zoo’s Turtle Gus Nightlight. This awesome little guy is not only a nightlight, but it’s also a cute & huggable turtle! And not only is this a cute, huggable nightlight, but it’s also a timer based nightlight that can easily be turned back on by your child if they need it!

With various time settings including  continuous, 10 min, 20 min, and 30 min, this nightlight automatically shuts off each time your child turns it on. The turtle’s whole ‘shell’ functions as the light switch, which makes it very easy for young children to operate. There’s also variable light intensity so you can make sure it’s not too bright.

You might be wondering how safe a nightlight/stuffed animal really is. The Baby Zoo nightlights use batteries and LED lights instead of regular light bulbs so that the night light does not get warm. It’s safe for all children over 10 months of age.

At only $20, I think I’ll be purchasing a Baby Zoo Turtle Gus nightlight for each of the girls! What do you think of this product? Is it something your child would like?

That is pretty cute. I am sure it would help your girls so much. I would love my girls to have these as well. I would only worry a little bit about it distracting them from actual sleep. :)

Oh, that’s cute. My kids have a nightlight, too. It’s actually a little lamp in their room. One night we were without power and they used those little LED candles for each of their beds and that was kind of nice, it would be good to have something they could have individually!

My kids would love this. I can see them not fall asleep because they’d be too busy.

These are cute. I always prefer to keep night lights in the hallway and the bathroom rather than in their actual bedrooms. With the doors open partway, the hall shed enough light to make them feel safe, as well as guiding any late-night visits to the bathroom.
