How many times have you gotten out the crayons, markers and/or paints for the kids to keep them busy, only to find them scribbling on the walls or floor? Too many times to count at our house. It seems that kids want to be creative on everything but where you expect them to be drawing (like paper!) Which is why I think Aquadoodle might be perfect for my kids.
Have you heard of Aquadoodle before? I hadn’t, but I’m glad I found it. Aquadoodle is an activity drawing toy for toddlers and preschool aged children. It allows kids to express themselves artistically with just water, a special pen and a mat. The mat is divided into four colored sections: green, blue, pink and purple, so when the kids draw in specific areas, that’s the color that they will see. The drawings will remain visible for several minutes before they start to disappear. Once they’re gone, the kids can start drawing all over again!
There’s no ink, chemicals, or mess! Even if they try to write on the walls or floors with the pen, nothing will happen except a little water will end up on the surface. It doesn’t require batteries or anything besides water and a little imagination to make it work.
It’s also ideal for travel because it’s both compact and lightweight. And if you want a smaller one to take with you on the go, there’s even a Travel n Doodle. There are additional accessories you can also purchase for the mat including stencils and more pens.
Do you think your children would like an Aquadoodle Classic Mat?
