A Drug-Free Way to Relieve Irritating Allergy Symptoms

If you suffer from allergies and are looking for a drug-free way to get relief from your symptoms, I encourage you to check out Arm & Hammer’s Simply Saline Allergy & Sinus Relief.

It took me a few tries to figure out how to use the mist properly, but this product really does seem to help with my allergies and sinus issues. I like that you can use this product as often as you need, since I always forget whether it’s been 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours since I last took my allergy medicine.

You can use Simply Saline alone or in combination with other cold or allergy medicines. My allergy medicine tends to make me drowsy, so my goal is to use this to reduce the amount of medicine I require.

The only thing I don’t like about this product is that you’re not supposed to share with different members of the household because of the risk of spreading infection.

Having to buy different containers and label them with everyone’s name is a bit of a nuisance. It would be nice if they could figure out a way to make this like an ear thermometer, where there is a disposable cover for the tip.

In addition to the Allergy & Sinus Relief formula, Arm & Hammer also makes products for treating cold symptoms as well as special formulas suitable for babies.

I love this and have just recently tried it, too.  I was using Neti Pots for my chronic sinus problems, and this just seemed like it would be easier… and it is.  I don’t have to worry about making sure my water is sterile (which you HAVE to do with Neti Pots).
